Obituaries

Harold Perry, son of the late Leroy and Virginia Williamston Perry, was born on August 30, 1947 in Franklin County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at his home in Highland Springs, Virginia.

Harold graduated from B. F. Person High School in Franklinton, North Carolina. He then attended North Carolina A&T University for his engineering degree.

Harold was loving, kind and was always willing to give advise and aid to anyone who needed it. One of his favorite things in life was spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Larry Perry and Maurice Perry.

He leaves to cherish his memory: three special cousins, Larry Manson (Brenda) and Louise Perry (Thomas) both of Louisburg, North Carolina, and Bennett Manson (Deborah) of Raleigh, North Carolina; one nephew, Cordell Perry of Apex, North Carolina; his friend and caretaker, Tim Mitchell of Highland Springs, Virginia; a special friend, Rose of Raleigh, North Carolina; and a host cousins, other relatives and friends.
